Houston held to three hits, fall in five innings to Wildcats
TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Houston Softball team dropped game two of its final Big 12 regular season weekend series, 8-0, against #20 Arizona at Hillenbrand Stadium on Saturday.

The Cougars (20-30, 3-20 Big 12) tallied three hits on the day courtesy of sophomores Ariel Redmond, Madox Mitchael and junior Makenna Mitchell. The Wildcats (33-13, 14-6 Big 12) took an early lead with a pair of runs in the first, tacking on three in the third and fourth frames to take game two in five innings.
