PREVIEW: Tennis Set to Compete at Rice Invite

HOUSTON – The University of Houston Tennis team will cross town to participate in the Rice Invitational from Friday to Sunday at the George R. Brown Tennis Center.

Cougars will face off against athletes from Tulane, Louisiana Tech, Sam Houston, UTRGV, Baylor, SMU and Northwestern State.

Action begins on Friday at 9 a.m. with two rounds of doubles followed by a round of singles. Day two features one round each of singles and doubles. Sunday concludes with a final round of singles.

Freshmen Andriana Mitia Voavy, Vladislave Razina and Alice Stevens are set to make their debut representing the scarlet and white.
