Cougars, Bearcats clash at Schroeder Park
HOUSTON – Houston Baseball continues a five-game homestand as it hosts Cincinnati at Schroeder Park for a three-game series starting with a doubleheader on Saturday. Game one in the twin-bill starts at 1 p.m. with game two beginning approximately 45 minutes following the conclusion of game one. The series finale starts at 1 p.m. Sunday.

Houston Baseball hosts Little League Weekend and Camper Reunion at Schroeder Park this weekend, bringing young fans and families to the heart of the action. Be one of the first 200 fans through the gates each game and snag a foam Cougar Paw to show your pride.

Sunday adds even more energy with the Cougars' second Houston Blue game of the season, paired with Family Sunday at the ballpark. Houston will take the field in its Houston Blue jerseys, while the first base berm transforms into a family zone filled with inflatables and yard games.

After the final out, the day becomes all about the kids. Youth in attendance have the chance to run the bases, meet the team and collect autographs to cap off a full day of Cougar Baseball.

- The Cougars are coming off a 4-2 win over McNeese in its second midweek contest of the week. It marked the first game for Houston back at Schroeder Park since April 11.Â
- Houston has wins against #3 (Texas) and #4 (Alabama) in the NCAA's latest RPI release. The Cougars are the only Big 12 team with a one Top 3 win, one of two with at least one Top 5 win and one of eight with at least five Quad 1 wins.Â
