2014 Rice Invitational Draw
Houston - After a successful showing at the Solinco Houston Open, the University of Houston women's tennis team will look to continue their strong play in the Rice Invitational this weekend.
With senior Elena Kordolaimi and sophomore Despoina Vogasari in Los Angeles for the Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships, the Cougars will field a squad of senior Charlotte Phillips, juniors Rocio Martin and Maria Cardenas, and freshman Angela Lorenzo.
Joining the Cougars at Rice will be SMU, Louisiana Tech, McNeese State, and the University of Texas-Arlington.
This weekend's tournament will take place Jake Hess Tennis Stadium on the Rice University campus from Friday, September 26th to Sunday, September 28th. The matches will start at 9 AM each day.
