HOUSTON - The University of Houston baseball team will hold walk-on tryouts Sept. 7 at 6 p.m. at Cougar Field.

Potential walk-on players must bring ALL of the following to the tryout:

Completed Tryout Initiation Form.
Copy of your insurance card. You must be covered by insurance.
Copy of a sports physical. You must have an ECG and sickle cell trait testing with your physical.
Completed liability waiver. Parents must sign if you are under 18.
