SENIOR (2023)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Broke the 32-year-old school record in the 400-meter hurdles at the American Championships.
- Finished ninth overall at the NCAA Championships in the 400 hurdles.
- Became Houston’s fourth woman to earn All-American honors in the 400 hurdles and the first top 16 finish in 32 years.
- Posted the second-fastest preliminary time in the 400 hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary Round.
- Finished second overall in the 400 hurdles at the American Championships.
- Ran the anchor leg of the silver medaling 1,600-meter relay at the American Championships.
- Ran the anchor leg of the 2023 American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships title winning 1,600-meter relay.
- Posted the second-fastest 400-meter dash in school history in her Cougar debut at the Arkansas Qualifier - 53.34.
- NCAA All-American Second Team in the 400-meter hurdles at Pittsburgh in 2019.
- Competed for two seasons at Pittsburgh before transferring to NC A&T.
- Was a two-time NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles, once at Pitt and once at NC A&T.
- Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400 hurdles at Pitt as a freshman in 2019.
- NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier in the 1,600-meter relay at Pitt.
- Second team All-ACC in the 400m and 4x400m relay – both indoor.
- Did not compete in 2022 at NC A&T.
