- 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships Second Team All-America - 14th place, 4x400-meter relay
SENIOR (2025)
Indoor
- Competed in two meets
- Won the 200m (21.19) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:09.05) at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational (Jan. 10)
- Placed second in the 4x400-meter relay (3:07.22) at the Ted Nelson Invitational (Jan 24-25)
- Earned Second Team All-America honors in the 4x400-meter relay and honorable mention in the 400m at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (June 11)
- Ran a personal best and third fastest time in program history (45.23) in the 400m at the NCAA West First Round (May 28)
- Helped the 4x400-meter relay post the fifth fastest time in program history with a time of 3:03.49 and ran the second leg with a split time of 44.25 at the NCAA West First Round (May 30)
- Scored points for the Cougars with a fourth place finish in the 400m (45.50) and sixth place finish in the 200m (20.97) at the Big 12 Championship
- Placed second in the 400m (46.70) at the Tom Tellez Alumni Invitational (April 5)
JUNIOR (2024)
Indoor
- Won the 200-meter at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational and posted a personal best in the 60-meter with a time of 6.91 (Jan. 12)
- Won the 200-meter at the Robert Platt Invitational with a time of 21.28 (Jan. 27).
- Ran on the 4x400-meter relay and placed first at the Howie Ryan Invitational (Feb. 9).
- Placed third in the 200-meter with a time of 21.11 at the Kirk Baptiste Spring Break Invitational (March 14)
- Won the 4x200-meter relay at the TSU Relays (March 15-16)
- Won the 400-meter with a time of 46.23 at the Victor Lopez Classic and placed second with the 4x400-meter relay (March 23)
- Ran and won the 4x200-meter relay with the world leading time of 1:21.55 at Texas Relays (March 30)
- Placed first in the 4x400-meter relay at the Texas Invitational (April 27)
- Competed and scored in three events at the Big 12 Outdoor Championship: 200-meter (8th, 20.74), 400-meter (8th, 45.98) and 4x400-meter relay (7th, 3:08.97)
- Qualified to the NCAA West Preliminary Round in three events: 200-meter, 400-meter and 4x400-meter relay (May 22-25)
- Recorded a personal best time in the 400-meter (45.89) at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (May 22-25)
SOPHOMORE (2023)
- Finished sixth overall in the 400-meter dash at the American Championships
- Ran a leg of the conference title winning 4x400-meter relay at the American Championships
- Ran a leg of the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA West Preliminary Round
- Ran a season-best 47.58 in the 400 in the preliminary round at the American Championships
