Aigboboh Breaks Meet Record at 44 Farms Invitational

Freshman Sean Aigboboh posts meet record in men’s 200-meter
BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Freshman Sean Aigboboh set a new meet record in the men's 200-meter on Friday at the 44 Farms Team Invitational inside E.B. Cushing Stadium.

Aigboboh recorded a personal best, running a wind-legal 20.54 to win the event and set a new meet record. Junior Jaelyn Reeves-Lile placed third with a time of 20.66 (2.1 m/s).

In the women's pole vault, sophomore Evina Panagiotou took home third place after clearing 4.20m.

The Cougars concluded action in the decathlon and heptathlon. Sophomore Owen Levesque finished sixth overall as he recorded a personal best, scoring 7,172 points. The sophomore recorded personal bests in the long jump (6.90m), high jump (1.96m) and in the 110-meter hurdles (14.69).
Sophomore Colton Harrison finished 11th with a personal best score of 6,974 points. Harrison recorded personal bests in the 100m (11.38) and the 1500m (4:35.79).

In the heptathlon, senior Ali Mack finished 13th overall with 4,891 points while freshman Jaiya Daniels finished 21st with 4,170 points.
