Cross Country travels to NCAA Regionals in Waco

NCAA Regionals to take place in Wace, Texas
HOUSTON – The men's and women's cross country teams head to Waco, Texas to compete in the NCAA South Central Regionals, on Friday Nov. 12 at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course.

Coming off of the American Championships, the Cougars will look to qualify for the NCAA Championships. At the AAC Championships, Devin Vallejo-Bannister was the first Cougar to cross the men's finish line in 17th with a time of 25:00.4 followed closely by Brandon Seagreaves in 23rd-place at 25:21.5.
For the women, Darby Gauntt came from behind to finish in 22nd with a time of 22:28.0 followed by Madeline Castleberry in 25th-place with a time of 22:32.1.
