Indoor: Season-high clearance of 4.75/15-7 on his way to earning fifth place at UH All-Comers Meet... Placed seventh at C-USA Championships (4.61/15-1.50).
Outdoor: Finished second at TSU Relays with height of 4.55/14-11.00... Cleared season-best 4.76/15-7.25 at Rice Twilight... Finished ninth at C-USA Championships with height of 4.65/15-3.00.
SOPHOMORE (2008-09)
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Finished in ninth place in the pole vault at the LSU Alumni Gold meet, eclipsing the bar at 4.40m (14-05.25)... Placed 10th at the J. Fred Duckett Rice Twilight with a mark of 4.55m (14-11)... Jumped a season-best 4.75m (15-07) at the Rice All-Comers Meet and the C-USA Championships, finishing in fourth at both events.
FRESHMAN (2007-08)
Indoor: Finished sixth in the pole vault at the Leonard Hilton Memorial... Finished tenth at the Arkansas Razorback Invitational... Also finished tenth in the pole vault at the Bayou City Championships with a mark of 4.80m (15-09)... Set a personal record with a clearance of 4.90m (16-00.75) at the UH All-Comers Meet... Finished third at the C-USA Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Finished sixth in the pole vault 'B' section at the Texas Relays with a season best mark of 5.05m (16-06.75)... Took fourth in the pole vault at the Houston Invitational... Posted a fifth-place finish at the C-USA Outdoor Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL
Set a TAPPS state record of 15-09 in the pole vault at the 2007 TAPPS State meet .... Held a personal best height of 15-10... High school state record holder... Named a 2007 District Champion...
