Closed the McNeese Lake Charles Invitational with a 69 in the Final Round to surge into a tie for seventh at 3-under 213 at The Country Club at The Golden Nugget... Fall -- Made his collegiate debut as an individual at the Bayou City Collegiate Classic at Golfcrest Country Club in Pearland, Texas... Tied for 13th with a score of even-par 216... Closed that tournament with a 70. Spring -- Made his season debut at the Colin Montgomerie Invitational where he tied for 22nd with a score of 221... Tied for 21st at UT Longhorn Shootout with score of 156. Summer -- Captured the Glencoe Invitational individual title by a stroke with a score of 4-under 212... Opened the tournament and set a course record at Glencoe Golf and Country Club with a 66 in the First Round... Posted scores of 67-69 in the final two rounds to tie for second at 5-under 208 at the Magnolia Amateur at Hattiesburg Country Club... Teamed with Cougar George Gardner to tie for second in the team competition.
LUTHERAN SOUTH ACADEMY
Summer -- Fired three straight rounds in the 60s (69-66-69) to finish second at Magnolia Amateur Championship with score of 9-under-par 204 at Hattiesburg Country Club... Teamed with Matt Williams to lead Houston to 7-stroke victory at -11 in team competition. Senior (2015-16) -- Tied for fifth at TAPPS State Championships with score of 154... Won the TAPPS District championship at Golfcrest Country Club with a Final-Round 71. Junior (2014-15) -- Captured the Texas 4A TAPPS State Championship with rounds of 62-69... Set a TAPPS Class 4A record with his First-Round total.... Named to All State-First Team and was a member of the All-Greater Houston First Team... Was the TAPPS 4A Regional champion... Finished second at TJGT Tour Championship Invitational with rounds of 71-69... Placed second at the AJGA Ryan Moore Junior Championship in Las Vegas with a score of 212...
