Volleyball Announces 2026 Home Promotional Schedule

HOUSTON – Houston Volleyball is excited to announce an extensive promotional schedule as part of its 2026 home slate.

Fans can enjoy post-match autographs for Big 12 Conference weekend matches. Both single-match and season tickets are on sale. Single-match tickets start at just $12 while yearlong tickets begin at $70, an average of less than $5 per match. All Friday matches will include the $6 beer special. Thursday night conference matches feature special pricing as part of Throwback Thursdays ($6 hot dog, $3 popcorn, $3 sodas).

Thursday, Sept. 3 | Texas Southern and Abilene Christian | Home Opener - RED OUT
It's time to turn Fertitta Center red as Volleyball plays its home opener against Texas Southern and Abilene Christian. The first 50 fans in attendance at each match will receive a foam paw.

Friday, Sept. 4 | Houston Christian | Royal Court (Princess Day)
Closing out the opening weekend against Houston Christian is Princess Day. Royalty galore with Disney themed music and princess themed activities. Dads and daughters can use a special ticket package while those in attendance can visit a princess-themed photo booth. Additional concessions deals include $6 beers.

Tuesday, Sept. 8 | Lamar | Camper Reunion
Inviting all summer campers that attended the 2026 Houston Volleyball Camps as Houston takes on Lamar. Campers attend for free with purchase of an adult ticket.

Friday, Sept. 18 | UTSA | Texas State | Hispanic Heritage Day
Join the Cougars in recognizing Hispanic Heritage Month against UTSA and Texas State. Fans can enjoy a Volleyball Loteria activity during the game.

Saturday, Sept. 19 | Houston Christian | Houston Showdown - Rodeo Night
Join us for Rodeo Night as the Cougars take on Houston Christian. Fans are encouraged to wear their western fashion to the Fertitta Center.

Friday, Oct. 2 | Cincinnati | Big 12 Opener and Greek Night
To open our Big 12 Conference slate, Greek Night will be held with a Panhellenic attendance challenge between Greek organizations on campus. First 50 students will receive a voucher for free pretzel and cheese. Stick around post-game to meet the Cougars with team autographs.

Thursday, Oct. 8 | BYU | Dig Pink Game (and Stars of Honor)
Join the Cougars in the Dig Pink Game for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Fans in attendance can receive pink t-shirts. "I Fight/Play for" signs will be available on the concourse. Fans can enjoy Throwback Thursday prices at the concession stands.

Friday, Oct. 16 | UCF | Alumni Day
Join the Cougars against UCF as it's time to welcome back generations of Cougar alumni reuniting for the weekend. UH Alumni can receive a ticket discount.

Sunday, Oct. 18 | Texas Tech | Girls Day
Come join the Cougars as they celebrate all Girls and Women in Sports against Texas Tech. Moms and daughters can use a special ticket package while fans in attendance will receive UH Scrunchies and photo opportunities with Sasha. Stick around post-game to meet the Cougars with team autographs.

Sunday, Oct. 25 | Iowa State | Mental Health Awareness Month
Pack Fertitta as we recognize Mental Health Awareness Month against Iowa State. Fans are encouraged to wear white and those in attendance will receive clear bags and green ribbons.

Friday, Nov. 6 | TCU | Houston Blue Game & Dorm Challenge
Join the Cougars against TCU by wearing Houston Blue. The match features the team's annual Dorm Challenge. The first 50 UH students will receive a voucher for free pretzel and cheese.

Thursday, Nov. 12 | West Virginia | Heroes Night - Military Appreciation
Come join the Cougars for Heroes Night against West Virginia. Fans in attendance can enjoy Throwback Thursday prices. Veterans can receive free tickets through VetTix. There will be discounted tickets available for Local Heroes (first responders, healthcare, educators).

Saturday, Nov. 14 | Utah | Kids Day Out and Kids Club Day
Inviting all kids and families to Houston's game against Utah. Families can enjoy photo ops with Sasha and Shata, activities in the kid zone and face painting. Fans in attendance will receive stickers. Stick around post-game to meet the Cougars with team autographs.

Friday, Nov. 20 | Colorado | Senior Day
The team closes out its 2026 home slate with Senior night on Nov. 20 against Colorado. Fans in attendance are encouraged to wear black to celebrate the 2026 Houston Volleyball Seniors.
