Hite, Miller Lead Cougars at NCAA South Central Regional

Cross country concludes 2025 season
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – For a fifth straight meet, redshirt freshman Addison Hite and freshman Zac Miller led the University of Houston Cross Country programs at the NCAA South Central Regional Championship on Friday.
Hite continued her standout season, placing 35th with a time of 21:25.7 to lead the women's squad. Sophomore Cadence Patterson followed close behind in 40th (21:34.5) while sophomore Lily Campos clocked 22:06.5, placing 61st. Freshman Sophia Nguyen was the final Cougar to cross the line in 73rd (22:20.6).
Miller continued his streak as the top finisher for the Cougars, placing 39th overall with a time of 31:22.1. Sophomore Caden Thurman was the next Cougar across the line, placing 96th in 32:46.8.
