Ella Guerrero begins her first season on Head Coach Willie Fritz’s staff in 2026, as Director of Recruiting Operations.
Guerrero arrives in Houston following a short stint at Washington State and two years as the assistant director of recruiting operations at the Missouri. As an undergraduate, she spent nearly two years as a recruiting and operations student assistant for Baylor football.
Guerrero graduated from Baylor University in December of 2023 with a degree in Health, Kinesiology and Leisure Studies.
