Dr. Megha Abraham

Megha Abraham, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. She is board certified in both family medicine and sports medicine.
After graduating from Xavier University School of Medicine, she went on to complete her family medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and subsequently completed her sports medicine fellowship at UTHealth Houston.
In her clinical practice, she specializes in musculoskeletal injury management and prevention, concussion management, endurance sports, exercise prescription, and ultrasound guided procedures.
Currently, she serves as a team physician for Spring Branch ISD, University of Houston, Houston Dynamo II and medical staff for the Chevron Houston Marathon.
