McLeod Named Big 12 Diver of the Week

HOUSTON – University of Houston Swimming & Diving's Michelle McLeod is the Big 12 Diver of the Week after her exceptional performance at the Houston Diving Invitational, the Big 12 Conference announced Thursday.

Junior McLeod led the pack, earning zone cuts in the 1-meter (289.80), 3-meter (301.20) and platform (238.65) competitions. The Alberta, Canada, native finished first in all three events to clinch zone cuts on her first attempt in each event.

UP NEXT
Houston will host its first dual meet of the season against Texas A&M at CWRC Natatorium on Thursday, Oct. 30.
